CEO’S MESSAGE

Welcome

Despite the continuing impact of the pandemic, it is wonderful to see kindness and generosity in our community.

Our team continues to be responsive, ensuring tailored practical support during these tumultuous times in addition to creating 177 lockdown care packs for families we support in NSW and VIC. These have been generously funded by you – our supporters.

Key highlights have included another record-breaking Dry July campaign, the 6th Big Mumma’s Italian Feast, Jason’s beard shave, the inaugural Masquerade ball and Mummy’s Wish National Hike events in WA, NT, QLD and VIC. If you are in Brisbane this coming Saturday please consider joining our hike.

A heartfelt thank you to Benita for sharing her sister Annette’s story, whose legacy includes the launch of our National Hike Campaign. Thank you to all of our mums, supporters and volunteers including Suzy, Kelly-Anne, Michelle, Melissa, Carla and the Mummy’s Wish board for your continued commitment to our purpose.

We are making progress in our strategic goal to improve brand awareness. Future initiatives to support awareness and growth in the coming months include our Mums and Corporate Ambassador program, May 2022 Giving Day and corporate partnerships.

If you have an idea or would like to be part of our purpose to support more mums with cancer, please reach out. We look forward to sharing the new projects and the launch of our Christmas Campaign with you soon.

Take care.

Angelique and the Mummy’s Wish Team
